Exceptional
Liked: Perfect location in the middle of San Teodoro, perfect location for Sun & Bass.
Disliked: All good.
Clean apartment in great location
Liked: Great location and plenty of space. Good terrace to sit on.
Disliked: Limited cutlery, had to buy a tin opener. Showers slightly small, was ok for me but partner found them a bit tight.
The best villa I have been to, in the past 10 years, it is literally 10 out 10
Liked: I normally don't write a review (neither positive or negative), but in this case, I had to make an exception! The villa was super clean, with a modern kitchen, air-conditioning in every room, clean, new bathrooms, garden with nice outside (in the shadow) sitting and overall it was just fantastic! What was extremely surprising was a fact that we had no issue with anything (normally, when renting villas, something doesn't work, shower, bathroom, etc). We have also received a lot of unpaid extra service (believe me, that's not normal in Sardinia). Bed sheets, garbage disposal at the end of our stay, and repairs of the things we broke (small stuff but still)! The owner was extremely friendly and forthcoming! Special thanks to Mariano (the owner)! If you are looking for a luxurious stay for reasonable money, this is definitely it. We got our moneys worth and way more.
Disliked: leaving empty, we loved everything, 10/10
