Disliked: Текст Wonderful stay We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was great and everything was as described. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this property to others. We would be happy to stay here again!
Hot, stuffy, dark and dated
Liked: Nicole was friendly, relaxed and helpful. She escorted is to the property after carrying out check-in.
Disliked: We had to wait outside whilst another group was checking in and we were tired and it was very hot. There is no aircon at this property and in some hot countries there is mesh over the windows so you can at least have daylight / air in the early evening without letting mosquitos in but here there are only panes of glass or shutters. The ignition on the gas stove did not work and there is no safety cut off. We had been left fans but they do nothing to counteract the heat. The recycling bins we were left did not match the details on the chart. The food recycling bin did not have a lid and although we asked for one, one was not forthcoming. The listing mentions soundproofing. Please know there is ABSOLUTELY NO SOUNDPROOFING and you can hear all the noise of the adjacent and above apartments eg high heels tapping across the floor at night / tables and chairs being pulled around. We did not sleep much and went to stay in a hotel in another town for two nights at the end of our trip because we were so fed up of battling the heat, mosquitos and night-time noise. This apartment was suitable for young people who are always out and absolutely not for a family with two teenage boys which needs to cook and wash clothing. The washing machine did not spin and the lighting throughout the apartment was very low, making it almost impossible to cook in the evening. It seems that a lot of these issues have been raised by previous visitors but maybe because their comments are in other languages, it is not clear what the issues are. It feels like the owner of the apartments is making an awful lot of money out of the people who come and stay without investing in making the apartments comfortable. He is earning thousands of pounds a month, which is what I presume helps fund his Ferrari. The kids had a nice time, despite the sweat but for me, as a mum looking after her family, no aspect of this flat did anything to make my life easier whilst abroad. I wish we had stayed in a hotel.

Disliked: The rooms were basic, and the WiFi wasn't working for the first three days. The location was very far from the center, the fridge wasn't cold enough so the food spoiled quickly, and the TV wasn't working properly.
