Liked: Clean, good quality for a price, easy to check in
Disliked: I'm a tea drinker, so it would be good to have some kettle in the room or available to all, but other thank that everything was nice
Very good with a car or if you don't mind riding a bike for the nearby stuff. Excellent Value!
Liked: Clean spatious room just outside the busy part of the town, good parking. Mutual fridge with the rest of the residents. Super helpful and communicative staff too, Christina helped us with booking a boat excursion to fit our schedule. We'd definitely come back here if we were to visit San Teodoro.
Disliked: This place is a bit outside of town so you either need to ask for bikes from the host or prepare to go with car (and honestly, parking is absolutely terrible in some parts of San Teodoro, broken apps and parking automats). Not much options for proper breakfast within walking distance besides the good-croissant-with-terrible-coffe combo present in most cafés in Sardinia. The bathroom needs a fixup but Cristina told me it's already scheduled for 2027.

Liked: Great location, clean and welcoming! 3 minutes by car from the beach, you can walk quietly in the evening to visit the city. The hosts were super welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. Super!
