Fabulous
Liked: The owner was punctual for the key handover. The property was clean.
Disliked: The property is facing a very neglected car park, where large amounts of rubbish from nearby restaurant and supermarket are dumped. There is no natural light because it has no windows - just a small glass door opening on the garden, and one at the entrance. Because there are no windows it is very difficult to get fresh air in. The bed looked flimsy and the sofa was uncomfortable. We were so put off that we decided not to sleep there and looked for alternative accommodation in San Teodoro, even though we lost all our money. I think this property can find a market, but they need to price realistically to reflect the depressing location and the issues I have highlighted.
