Great location and such a friendly accommodating host

Great location for town and La Cinta beach
Liked: Location is key as it’s very close walking distance to town. It was a bit further to walk to La Cinta beach carrying our things, so we drove. Room was clean and we had everything we needed. A/c worked great. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Quiet sleep. We liked the porch and appreciated having a washer to use. Host communication was excellent.
Disliked: It is a very small room for 2 people with luggage. But we didn’t come to stay in the room. WiFi unreliable. Seemed better in the mornings which made us wonder how many might be sharing it as apartment is in a residential apartment complex.
Warm hospitality
Liked: Super nice owners, very helpful! Location also great, close to centre and restaurants, convenient parking. Room itself small but enough for short stay, place was super clean.
Disliked: Thin walls, if you’re a light sleeper consider earplugs.
Liked: This is our second time at The Sunset. Absolutely love it here! Lovely clean, quiet, comfortable apartment in a great location only a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk into the town centre. Maria the host is great. Very relaxed and easy going. We'll be back!
