  Liked: Nice accommodation in San Teodoro, walking distance to downtown, near bars and restaurants, room is comfortable and good space, owner makes you feel you are at home. No breakfast is included. Parking complimentary.

  Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and helpful and knowledgeable owner/staff

  Liked: Great location. Alberto, the owner/host very responsive and helpful.

  Disliked: Water for showers ran cold at times. Presence of mosquitoes made sitting outside less enjoyable.

  Would recommend!

  Liked: Perfect location - quiet but very close to the center (walking distance). Very nice shower. On day 2 they put very nice cookies in our room as a surprise: they were delicious and it was a nice gesture!

  Disliked: It would be nice to have a mosquito net at the bathroom window, so the bathroom window can be open without insects coming in. The bed wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best we had this holiday. It had a little bit of a pit in the middle.

  Liked: Villa est was great! In a quiet location yet so easy to walk to the center of town. Bonus, there is a convenience store right around the corner that we frequented every day! The room was very clean and new. The bed was so comfortable too. The only thing would be maybe having 4 pillows instead of just 2. The pillows were really thin which is more of a preference thing I suppose but we would’ve liked 4 pillows (2 each person). Everything else was superb though! Would highly recommend and would stay here again next time we are in San Teodoro

  A beautiful modern villa near downtown

  Liked: I had an amazing stay at this beautiful new villa. The villa itself and the room were tastefully designed and spotlessly clean. Thank you so much to the kindest and most hospitable villa owner, Alberto! He goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome! The property is located in a very quiet and beautiful place within 5 minutes' walk to the downtown with numerous restaurants, cafes, gelaterias, shops, etc. With a little effort either by a longer walk or by using the local transport you can easily reach the most stunning sandy beach, La Cinta! Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, peace, and genuine hospitality!
