Exceptional
Amazing location and stunning view
Liked: Amazing location halfway between the beach and the town. The property is beautiful and the rooftop was a great added bonus.
Disliked: When we arrived off our flight our booking was lost which took a little while to find. The staff were very friendly and it was all sorted in the end but it was unfortunate to happen.
Liked: The view was amazing, stuff very kind and friendly, our room was very beautiful and the bed was super comfy! would or will definetly come again!!

Liked: Breakfast is served overlooking the beautiful view of the islands. The service was phenomenal, I would have liked more choices in fruit.
Disliked: I would have liked fresh squeezed juice, home made bread and jams, variety of teas. The place is so beautiful it would be a plus if the food would accompany the atmosphere and location. Alexandra and Fatima were very attentive;

Liked: The view is breathtaking, a genuinely memorable setting.
Disliked: It felt a bit as though we were intruding on a family home which happened to have guest rooms below it and it seemed as though guests were treated as a bit of an inconvenience. The room we were originally offered did not meet our expectations as it was much smaller than anticipated, so we recognise and appreciate that change as they provided a couple of options. The air-conditioning was very poor quality and the room was subsequently extremely hot, the kettle didn't work until we requested a cable, the toilet blocked because we put a couple of pieces of paper down the toilet but they did their best to rectify the situation but explained that weeds are growing through the pipes. Unclear where reception was and who to go to if we needed anything. We left wondering who was in charge. We leave with good memories overall but needs updating and service improving if top prices are being charged. We only mention this because it could be so good, the location is utterly beautiful.
