  Comfortable, cozy villa with spectacular outlook

  Liked: Well located close to the town of San Teodoro, stunning beaches and the port for boat trips to Isola Tavolara. With a spectacular view, providing several options to enjoy the outdoor area. The villa is cute, comfortable, well appointed, very clean with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sa Mama immensely and would love to return. The host was very responsive to our needs.

  Disliked: We stayed for 5 nights, 5 women sharing one bathroom and the villa still worked for us given the spacious outdoor areas. No negatives to think of.

  Liked: It was ver,y nice. Great view. Not too far from San Teodoro. Good parking options.

  Disliked: The washing machine was working very well but I think it wasn't used for a while. So the clothes were smelly afterwards..

  Charming Sardinian House

  Liked: A very charming, tastefully decorated house nestled in the hills overlooking the sea, clean, comfortable, good location, equipped with all the basics for a nice stay. My family enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house to others.

  Beautiful, stylishly designed villa with views of the ocean, the most wonderful Host!

  Liked: Beautiful and stylishly designed villa with great views of the water from the balcony Perfectly equipped Great Beds and AC Immaculate Location short drive into town The property manager Gill was delightful. She was super helpful super friendly and we had the nicest visit with her. She gave us insight into the local culture and made our stay superb Thank you Gill!!! Property much nicer than pictures

  Lovely place, gorgeous views

  Liked: Beautiful view, very clean, quiet and lovely decor.

  Disliked: Only one toilet, one mirror. Would have been nice to have a bottle of wine on arrival (there was a beer)
