Exceptional
Liked: The house is beautiful, and we enjoyed every moment from the very beginning. The garden is lovely, with a barbecue area, and the house is spacious, equipped with a washing machine and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. There is a grocery store just a 3-minute walk away, and the center of San Teodoro is very close. The most beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Elena and Giovanni were wonderful hosts, always kind and helpful, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. Mr. Giovanni even brought me fresh figs from his own garden every day, which was such a thoughtful and special gesture. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Liked: Location
Disliked: When we arrived we find nothing in bathrooms( soaps, shower gel, etc) and nothing for washing in kitchen. Also needs some biger coffe caps. The apartment needs a new refreshing and new furnitures in livingroom.
Liked: The apartment was spacious and the garden was very beautiful. The location is also very good for exploring the NE Sardinia. Elena was very helpful and Mr. Giovanni was a wonderful host.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was working very poorly. The furniture is a little bit old. Sorting the trash was a bit tricky for us, especially on the day of our departure. However, when we return to Sardinia, we would love to stay here again.
