  Disliked: The space is very small even for 4 people, I don’t understand how 7 people can fit in there. In the shower cabin you can’t fit if you are tall and broad. I saw a comment saying that the size of the unit is similar to most properties in Sardinia. I have stayed in 3 places in Sardinia and nowhere was it this small and cramped. If you go to the bathroom at night, you wake everyone up. I would not recommend it. Including the cost of towels and bed linen + the tourist tax, you end up paying an extra €100 for 4 people.

  Highly recommended

  Liked: Best location, 5 min walk to the centre with all bars and restaurants. 15 min walk to the beach. Or 15-30 minute to other beaches around San Teodoro. Property is big enough for 4 adults. At a push 5. (Properties In Sardinia are all similar sized)

  Perfect Vacation

  Liked: On our first day the host had an unforeseeing about an overbooking at the villa. She booked for us another place nearby. It was not a great night but i recognize the host Greta did everything she could to help and solve the problem. On next day we checked in at the villa and it was amazing. Everything very clean, Greta sent me a list of things to do, places to go and restaurants to try. She was always there when i needed, including 1am when we had a problem on first night she was avaiable to help and super kind. For sure on next time in sardinia i am staying again. I work with hospitaity also and I am happy when I see places which honor the real service and spirit of hospitality and management. Even with the overbooking and everything, I give 5 starts and stronglyrecommend:)
