  Should be better for the price

  Liked: We liked the calm surroundings and a terrace with a swing (though facing a parking lot and under the street level). It was clean. Nice and helpful staff (after issues appeared). Enough kitchenware. We liked that there were two rooms. A bidet (for our toddler)!!! Two toilets.

  Disliked: The furniture (especially in the kitchen) was quite worn out. The upper shower worked well, but if you took the one downstairs, sand particles or anything bigger than a drop of water would clog it. Coffee. OMG, you go to Italy and you have very bad coffee. If you are a coffee lover, you have to bring your own mokka or V60, the capsuled coffee had a disastrous smell and taste. It was the first apartment in Italy without a mokka in twenty years. The balcony could not be used. They had a brilliant idea to put a mosquito net in the doors, but it was not possible to open without breaking the net, not to mention it was already broken (with a hole in it). Lack of instructions!!! Not even for parking, but mainly for hot water! The water got cold on the second and third day of our stay, but nobody told us there was a switch for hot water on the upper floor on a wall near the ground!! Not even in the bathroom.... The mattress on my bed was awful. It had a sag in it. No view.

  Liked: A pleasant and clean place. Close to the sea. Located in a small, pleasant town. There are many restaurants in the town.

  It was nice, San Vito lo Capo is a nice place

  Liked: It was nice, clean-ish, nice lady at reception.

  Disliked: The mosquitoes, but is not their fault… the have mosquito nets.

  Liked: Staff was nice.

  Disliked: The bedroom is tiny. One king size bed in the room for a single bed. I hit the post four times with my leg in entering the room. Only few sockets are available. The toilet opens onto the kitchen...no window, no extractor. The toilet is under the stairs...easy to hit your head, if you are not short enough. The furniture is dated and ruined. No air-conditioning in the kitchen/living area. No place to put the suitcase(s) other than the floor...a raised surface would facilitate the guests. The kitchen could be equipped better. The greasy filter of the kitchen hood came down when trying to switch on the light...
