Disliked: Was charged an extra 83 euro on arrival for 1 night after already paying Booking.com. Very bad communication no answers from lots of messages to the property or from priority support. Still waiting for reasons why or a refund
Super place to stay in Santa Maria di Leuca
Liked: Everything was great. From the friendliness of the staff, to the facilities, and the comfort of the room.
Disliked: Nothing.
Horrible hotel
Liked: Everything is horrible. I do not know how can someone can give much more than 1 star to this hotel.
Disliked: The staff want only to charge your card. Nothing else. And to give in return only what they want. Not what you want. The room was horrible with bad smelling. At the breakfast they sit where they want not where you want. The client is nothing for them! I will complain against Booking for this hotel! This is far from worse. In negative way. I definitely not recommend this hotel.
