  Fun place to stay

  Liked: Quirky historic building and some place different to stay.

  Disliked: When we arrived it was dusk and no lights were on in the building and no one greeted us.

  Liked: The room was pleasant and most of the staff nice (apart from a slightly grumpy man in the breakfast room) the breakfast was better than expected - we had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and I found the coffee dreadful (but good this last time) and the offer of breakfast items very disappointing to the point we started going to Martinucci nearby to avoid the hotel breakfast - but this time, maybe because there were a few more guests staying, the breakfast was actually pleasant - keep it up! The cost for the room is very reasonable.

  Disliked: The hotel needs some refurbishing - it looks tired and in need of some upgrading

  Liked: Charmante oude kamer, past in de stijl van de villa. Irritante fluittoon in de badkamer wanneer er water gebruikt wordt in onze en de andere badkamers. Erg karig ontbijt in naastgelegen hotel. Wel leuk privé strandje rechtstreeks bereikbaar vanuit het hotel. Geen privé parking maar parkeren kan in de achtergelegen straten voor € 4 per dag. Vele leuke strandrestaurantjes op loopafstand.

  Historic Villa great location but the room bed and bathroom need updating

  Liked: The villa is a historic well maintained building adjacent to the sea. The bedroom is large the bathroom very big.

  Disliked: The mattress in our room is old, sag in the middle and the springs can be felt as you are sleeping. The shower cubicle is ridiculously small for the size of the bathroom.
