Fabulous
I cannot recommend this facility
Liked: The location was good, an easy walk to town. The view was very nice. It was pleasant having a balcony, but the insects prohibited use of it. Parking on the street was no problem.
Disliked: The room was totally infested with bugs, There were no screens on the doors. During the night we had to sleep with our heads under the covers because the mosquitos were humming around our heads. One night my husband could not sleep with his head under the covers and his face, ears and neck were covered with bites-at least 15-20 bites in total. I suffered with at least 10-12 bites on my face, neck,legs and arms. I found worms crawling from the pictures hanging on the wall and killed three other types of insects. The food at breakfast was good--the usual fare with meat, cheese and bread but there was no indoor dining. Might have been okay in season but during our stay the temps were 61 degrees with 16 mph winds and temps felt like 52. We didn't go to breakfast the second day. Also during breakfast when we did eat, there were four cats circling around our legs and meowing at the table to be fed-very annoying
Wonderful garden with pines
Liked: Wonderful garden, it is special brilliant in the south of Italy.
Not worth the money
Liked: The view from our room was beautiful. That is the only positive thing that I can say about this place. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The place is rundown. Hosts not responding to messages and we did not feel welcomed. Cats everywhere. We were told when we were ready to check out that the tap water was not drinkable and sent to the middle of town to buy water. Would have appreciated to be told that water was not drinkable right away.
Beautiful spacious rooms in a stately building surrounded by a mature garden and beautiful trees
Liked: What a beautiful property surrounded by a garden with lovely old trees. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The terrace had a view of the ocean. Then we were served with a very nice continental breakfast in the garden We felt like royalty! The hosts were very gracious and friendly.

Disliked: On the site, it says two single beds, but they were actually two bunkbed for small children. Very uncomfortable. Woke up with sore backs. We asked for a 2nd cup of coffee and the waitress seemed annoyed, the next day the coffee was horrible, not drinkable.
