  Glad it’s over!

  Liked: It’s a pretty location and if the pool would be clean and maybe the other rooms are bigger and nicer, it could be a nice stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast was allright!

  Disliked: We had supposedly booked a Family room with 3 beds…. 160 Euros the night! When we arrived we were given a small one bedroom next to the reception (maybe the room of the night receptionist) that had also a sleeping couch in it!!! As I was tired and my Italian is more than limited we just somehow survived the night…

  Complete failure. Completely unsatisfactory experience

  Disliked: I was extremely disappointed in the property. It was definitely not as advertised. I feel mislead by the way this property is advertised on booking.com. The spa is operated separately and was not even open. Nothing on booking.com or the property’s website indicated the spa was not closed. When we booked we were even sent a message with the spa menu included, again indicating the spa would be operating and bookings for different spa services could be booked. When we arrived, we couldn’t find anyone who worked there for 20 minutes. Ringing the reception bell didn’t work we had to call them to get someone to check us in. Requested a refund due to misleading booking. No refund, no apology was provided, staff only stated that it was a different buisness and nothing to do with them. No accountability for misleading advertisement. We ended up leaving and not staying with no refund being offered or provided. Extremely frustrating and disappointing with both the property and booking.com

  Liked: We had a nice short stay here. We found that the washrooms gave off a nursing home kind of vibe, but aside from that, everything was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our services at the spa.

  Very disappointed. MUST give info on website re charges for use of facilities and allow aircon use

  Liked: Breakfast and the breakfast room were lovely. Room was nice and adequate.

  Disliked: The shower was poor and didn't work properly. Grouting round shower needs renewing and was unsightly. Unable to change air conditioning. Cement falling out around the door to the room. Sun loungers broken and rickety. Unable to see prices for "spa" facilities on website as link continually broken leading up to our stay. Learned on site that the only facility that could be used without further fees was the outdoor pool.

Good to know

If you use a GPS device to reach the property, you must set it to Via Marco Polo 43b, Sciacca. The swimming pool is open from May to October.

The management is not responsible for any temporary closures due to maintenance work.

The property accepts pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg. Please note that dogs will incur an additional cost of 25 euros per day.

For arrivals after check-in time there is a supplement, from 10.00pm to 11.59pm €15.00 per person, from 00.00am to 02.00am €20.00 per person. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

For use of the spa there is a supplement of €45 per person for two hours, subject to availability and advance booking.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
