  Liked: What a gem of a spot! This studio apartment is packed with character, and the cave-like room visible through the viewing window is a seriously cool feature. It’s equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. ​The location right in the old town is unbeatable. Free parking is available just a couple of minutes' walk away in the piazza right outside the Porta Palermo gate—you just need a little "Italian luck" to snap up a space! 🤣 ​A quick heads-up for future guests: the unit is a true studio layout (one open-plan living and sleeping space rather than a separate bedroom). It was completely fine for us as a couple, though it might not suit families or larger groups needing privacy. ​Overall, a great place to stay—we’d definitely recommend it! 😍

  Disliked: The water refill came at 7 in the morning and woke us up. Furthermore host asked us out at 10:45 despite the inconvenience.

  Liked: Host picked us up at the bus station, another bus travels to the station from a nearby square. We found fantastic bakeries and fruit/vegetable stands! The kitchen has ample equipment to prepare a breakfast and/or light meal. Apartment is a studio type but plenty spacious and all the amenities you need for a short stay. Nicely decorated and super clean. It is quite a steep walk down to the harbor and beaches, but very scenic and a great staircase!

  Lovely place and super nice hosts

  Liked: Beautifully kept place on the bottom floor with a peak at the original building walls and floors through the sleeping area and shower. Hosts were super nice and generously offered tasty local products including excellent wine. Close to free parking area but it was busy and may be harder to find a spot during busy season.
