Very pleasant
Liked: Good breakfast but nothing extraordinary
We were tired due to lack of sleep caused by noise issues & had personal items go missing
Liked: Breakfast & pool /roof top
Disliked: Noise issues all night My clothing items were taken by housekeeping & hotel did not help me recover them
I would definetely come back again
Liked: Location, Location, Location: Close to the port. 5 minutes walk to take the ferry and visit Positano, Amalfi Town, Capri, and Naples. In the Heart of Sorrento Center. The Rooftop pool is second to none. Rooms are large. Breakfast is great!

Liked: Roof top pool. Terrace views. Freshly-cooked eggs at breakfast.
Disliked: Americano coffee at breakfast was disappointing. - Poor quality. - Went cold quickly because of china pot. Coffee in room - Most 4 star hotels provide a coffee machine with good quality capsules not just sachets of instant coffee. Mattress - Too hard. - Hotel claimed to have mattress replacement service, but all we got was a thin duvet under the bottom sheet.
