Liked: Location and view
Disliked: Small rooms. Very small bathroom
Budget hotel with limited comfort
Liked: Beautiful location, central.
Disliked: Front desk staff were polite but one in particular was quite snobby. When she realized we were in a city view and not beach view room the attitude changed. When asked about how to get down to the beach we were reminded 4 times that it was 20 euros to rent the umbrella and chairs. That’s not what we asked. Fixated on the hard stop at 2 pm for putting a toe on the public beach. When we asked for a place to eat she directed us to the grocery store. The AC unit malfunctioned, it took 10 minutes to start working and then in the middle of the night it suddenly dropped in temperature on its own. No blankets in the room. An older hotel that was clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing great, but beautiful place to sit. Beds are hard, probably haven’t been replaced for decades. Now that I’ve been to Sperlonga, I wouldnt stay there again. Sperlonga had miles of gorgeous sand beaches.

Disliked: We did not know beach was not officially open and we had to paid for the lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Overall we had a nice one night stay
Liked: Great beach front and easy walking distance to the Center.
Disliked: Bathroom
The cleaning staff is remarkable doing an excellent job for their clients
Liked: Location is great with a magnificent sea view
Disliked: The hotel does not provide beach towels and it is located on the beach with facilities to their clients
Unhappy
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Hotel was empty yet we were given a room on the street side. Renovation in room above us began at 7:30am. Our “queen-size” bed was two twins placed together.
