Great stay in the heart of Sperlonga
Liked: Location, location, location! Room’s balcony overlooked main piazza which was awesome especially when concerts played at night. Steps to the beach. Very clean. Simple decor. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Bathroom accessories- wish there were more hooks for hanging towels and wet bathing suits & counter area to place toiletries.

Great location, management could use some work
Liked: I've stayed here for years and love the location and the old man who usually runs it. This time the man at the desk was a bit grumpy and not particularly kind or helpful. The hotel is in a great location and is very clean and efficient.
Disliked: Before 7:00 am on our last day, we were awakened by a repair crew banging, shouting and slamming things right next door and outside our window. After about 45 minutes they left only to come back a few hours later. There was no reason for them to have to be there, certainly not so early, and even if they did have to be there, the hotel should be responsible enough to make them aware that they should not be waking up guests who are paying money to relax at their property.

Disliked: Charged extra for cooked breakfast and use of beach faciëities.

Liked: Beautiful view! Could not ask for better. Clean, small room with cold A/C. Staffed by great family. We took a regional train to Fondi, and getting a taxi or bus to Sperlonga was easy. Beach was beautiful and food was excellent! The breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Be ready to climb multiple staircases depending on which room you get.
