Disliked: The worst booking réservation ever made! The appartment is located on top of a restaurant smell and noise are horrible until very late in the night!!
This is not specifically about the property, but rather about the area: we would not recommend it if you are looking for
Disliked: I would like to point out that my assessment of the property is inevitably influenced by our overall experience of Stintino. We were coming from 8 days in Ogliastra, and Stintino was a real disappointment. We would not recommend the area at all: it feels like a place designed purely to squeeze money out of tourists, rather than somewhere authentic. We decided to spend a few days in the area to visit La Pelosa, but honestly, it wasn’t worth it. That said, regarding the property itself, the main negative aspect is the beach. From the description, we expected to have direct access to the sea. What we actually found was a tiny patch of beach, literally carved out in front of a private beach, with access to a small free cove where guests are clearly not encouraged to stay. We stayed in an apartment with a garden, but there was very little grass — it was mostly bare soil with just a few patches of dry grass.

Liked: The hotel is well-equipped and perfect for a family vacation. Everything we needed was available, making our stay very comfortable. There’s a restaurant right downstairs, and the pizza was absolutely delicious—we highly recommend trying it! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Since we arrived on a late-night flight, we didn’t get to the hotel until around 11 p.m. They contacted us in advance with clear instructions on how to collect the key, where to park, and how to find our room. Everything went smoothly, and we were very impressed with their thoughtful service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing views and peaceful stay near Stintino
Liked: The property was clean, with excellent view and atmosphere. Definitely exceeded our expectations and we want to come back again. The serene beach is very close. There is also easy transportation to the nearby towns and beaches. Definitely I recommend!
Liked: Incredible view of the sea, very generously sized room and terrace, within walking distance (5 min) from a variety of little beaches (most sea entries require water shoes though). Angela is very friendly and prompt to answer all questions and needs. In the same complex of buildings with a very nice restaurant. We stayed for 8 days, and still we would have liked to stay more...
