Fabulous
Dead rat in bed linens - big question mark about laundry process and room preparation service
Liked: Location.
Disliked: Dead rat ironed into bed linens. Sadly discovered it only in a morning. Patronizing attitude of Reception staff, trying to downplay dead rat which was supposed to be normal in ground floor apartment in resort with gardens - dead mouse under sofa maybe, rat ironed into bed linens certainly not. To be fair, refund was immediate. Another unpleasant touch was overheard discussion of gardener who came to collect the rat, showing it to cleaning staff in apartment next door, subtly laughing with them how small is the rat for the size of fuzz we made. Two other points which annoyed us at entry, was smell of cheap cleaning chemicals, and lack of wine glasses - in Italy...

Liked: Superb location at walking distance from La Pelosa beach
Liked: Beautiful and modern apartments in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from La Pelosa Beach. The pool is excellent, the area is peaceful and relaxing, and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Constructive feedback: One thing I was not particularly happy with was that only three coffee capsules were provided for the coffee machine, and if you wanted more, you had to purchase them from reception. There were also only two rolls of toilet paper provided. Considering that our stay was five nights, I feel that this was a little disappointing and that these basic essentials should be provided in sufficient quantities. I believe this is an area where the service could be improved.
Liked: Great place to stay! Close to everthing. Staff was more than welcoming. We'll be sure to book again.
Liked: Set of modern, bright apartments, equipped with everything necessary for a couple or a family. Very close to the beach at Pelosa. Very friendly staff, well organized.

Disliked: Airco not working,not enough kitchen equipment.
