  Liked: Our room was clean and well maintained. From the house one can easily reach the beaches north of Stintino, like Spiaggia della Pelosetta, by car. Restaurants in the city center lie about 10 minutes by feet away. The host Andrea was so kind to make an early check-in at 3 pm possible. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning with a coffee. On site is a full functioning coffee machine with freshly grinded coffee. One can use it free of charge for different kinds of hot drinks (espresso, macchiato, cappuccino as well as hot chocolate or tea).

  Disliked: In the room as well as in the bathroom are tiles on the floor which create a quite cold feeling while walking. The bathroom is a bit small but still all right.

  Short but comfortable

  Liked: Owner was extremely helpful, I had forgotten my bank card and he gave me cash against a PayPal transfer. Free ht beverages machine available. Close to seaside and port and boats to Asinara, just a 10 minute walk away.

  Disliked: Free parking was in surrounding streets not on premises. No cutlery was available, we couldn't slice a loaf of bread and had to resort to tearing it.

  Stay away from this fraud

  Disliked: My child, my wife and me, had a late check in around 20:00 o clock. First the owner was kind and everyrhing seemed to be fine. We had a shower and had dinner in Stintino town. After arriving back ro our rooms, I set on the bed and a wooden part felt on the flor. We checked the bed and realized the bed was completle broken. We contacted mr. Andrea, and he told us the cleaning lady didnt noticed anything wrong with the room, and that probably the bed was broken by someone before us. He tried to fix something-really a poor attemp, but you can see from the pictures, that there was nothing to do. No other accomodarions has been offered to us. With a small child and around 24:00, we had no choice but to stay. The next day I was offered a bottle of wine to forget it all, normally I passed. No discount has been offered to us, and no real senceer appology. The next day we wrote to booking and send them pictures of the broken bed, and dirty appartment, to let them know everyrhing. And later they send us the info, that the owner told them that we broke the bed and were offered an alternative accomodation. Of course i have saved the comunication with the owner to prove, that he is a liar. Also forgot to say, watch out for wild pigs 20m away from the main entrance. Shame on you Andrea for blaiming us...

  Liked: Great location with a lovely view and quick walk down to the town. Clean, tastefully decorated rooms, with coffee provided. Nice outdoor area to sit in and enjoy, the host was very pleasant and helpful.
