Exceptional
Great villa, great location, great vacation
Liked: The whole villa is fantastic — you have everything you need, and it's spacious. The yard is perfect, and so is the surrounding area- which is also very quiet. It's very close to La Pelosa beach, and you can reach it on foot without worrying about parking. Claudio, the host, is incredibly helpful, with clear and detailed instructions, and he's reachable any time.
Disliked: Just a small note for the hosts: there's often a constant wind in the area, and the doors don't close perfectly, so you might hear a bit of noise at night — nothing major, but repairing the doors (and nets) would make the experience even better! Also, the shower cabins are on the smaller side. Everything else was great — no other remarks. Overall a lovely stay!
Liked: The house is simply amazing with all the comfort you need, a very functional kitchen and a perfect relaxing outdoor area with a BBQ! 3 bedrooms with Aircon and 2 bathrooms which make it ideal for a family trip. A home away from home! Enjoy! You can walk to the amazing beaches around without having to worry about parking which is indisputably a big plus in high season!
Disliked: Beware of mosquitos! But the host provides some mosquito coils if you want to enjoy the evening outside
Best accommodation & location in the Stintino area
Liked: This home was beautiful and comfortable, surrounded by a lovely patio with lush vegetation. The location is very close to wonderful beaches, restaurants, and the lovely village of Stintino. We four guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Everything was perfect house, and big space outside great garden and very close to the beach
Disliked: I don't like we have to pay for bed lines 😒 and bathroom towels.for that i will tell its not ok I'm travelling around the world and I'm not first time in Sardenia but to pay for basic staff like bed lines and bathroom towels never heard before..I never had that situation...

Liked: It was a real home for us for the days spent here. We really enjoyed the surroundings, the garden and the location was excellent and quiet. Claudio was very communicative and prompt, it was a pleasure talking being in contact with him. I totally recommend the villa.
