We had overall great stay except for the WiFi (needs for work)

  Liked: Location, and room space

Disliked: The WiFi was not working. We asked several time to fix it but no one did the follow up. We had work to be done and this was very unfortunate that this think could not be solved. We asked room service for breakfast and was not available in the facility.

Could be a 10/10 Hôtel easily if the rooftop bar got better

Liked: The location is excellent right on the harbour. We went into the pay spa which was spotless and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the coffee was excellent, staff here were very efficient and kind. Reception staff were all excellent at their jobs and friendly. The room staff did an excellent job daily. Thank you to all the staff in this section.

Disliked: 1. No restaurant in the Hôtel. 2. No bar in the Hôtel. 3. The rooftop bar/terrace lets down the Hôtel and you need to book it, so you could not just go for an impromptu drink, staff were not friendly or efficient. We did complain about this which is something in all our travels we have never done before. The staff need training in hospitality and a smile or a hello would help as well. The manager actively listened to our views which was refreshing at least. Good luck to him.

Liked: The hotel is very nice and modern with a lot of thought given to various aspects in design

Disliked: Although it's gone under a recent renovation, there were no USB outlets to charge your phone. In addition there were 500 TV channels but none were in English. It would help to have at least 1 of 2 news channels in English. Another point is the music in the dining room; they only play American music, sung not by original artists. I would much rather have Italian music playing than music by not original artists. There's also music playing in the hallways but unfortunately it's a little too loud and it can be heard inside the room at a high level. These are minor points and I really liked the hotel.
