Great location, beautiful building but the room and amenities need attention

Liked: Return stay. Great terrace apartment Campanarium

Disliked: The mugs for tea and coffee are extremely small, and not enough bowls for serving salad and meat dishes There were no breakfast tea bags on arrival, just x 3 fruit tea No plug for the sink to properly wash the dishes however, the receptionist kindly provided one from her home The bed and the cover are getting old and tired and need to be refreshed Please provide beach towels Thank you Annamaria de Feo (Australia)

Great location, friendly staff, everything you need

Liked: Perfect location, very clean, well equipped, great layout.

Disliked: Quite a lot of stairs to consider when travelling with children. Though this was clear before the trip and not hugely problematic, just useful to be mindful of. To be expected in the part of Italy and age of the property.

We loved our few days in Trani, and Palazzo Bianchi was a feature which made it so memorable

Liked: The location of Palazzo Bianchi could not have been better: right in the historic centre, a stone’s throw from the harbour, yet quiet and peaceful. It was a beautiful space in which to lay our heads at the end of each day. The accommodation was incredibly spacious, and the little garden courtyard was a delightful place to sit in at any time of day to read or have a drink. Everything in the city was within walking distance. In addition, the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Disliked: We can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.
