  Pleasant but not exceptional

  Liked: It was near a lovely sandy beach but far from the old port

  This is an event venue more than a hotel

  Liked: The panoramic view and the pool were beautiful, but that's about it.

  Disliked: This is more of an event space for weddings and parties. I thought I booked a quiet hotel outside the city center for my 80 year old mother only to find there was a loud party until 1am. There was no warning or advance notice we would have to sleep on the same floor just a few meters from a high-powered speakers with a loud DJ. The elevator leaves you in the back hallway behind the kitchen. Aside from Emilia who genuinely helped us, the staff were not willing to make car reservations for us. The blanket was stiff and uncomfortable. The windows were tiny in the room and "garden view" is quite a generous description. The shelf in the shower fell right off the wall. For the price of the room, there was not even free water or coffee included. This was one of the higher-end hotels we reserved for our trip to Italy and it was underwhelming.

  Great stay in Trani

  Liked: The best was staffs and food. We enjoyed our staying in Trani very much and the aperitif was truly memorable.

  Beautiful villa with friendly staff

  Liked: Beautiful villa with friendly staff. Rooms were a good size. Has a nice pool for cooling off and an amazing view over Trani.

  Disliked: The on-site restaurant was not open for dinner, but other restaurants were in walking distance.
