  This is the ideal place to stay for a relaxing visit to the Trapani-Erice-Marsala

  Liked: The host is trilingual and very gracious and friendly. The property is beautiful and has lots of area to explore on foot. It is quite close to Trapani, but is far enough away to not be part of the noise and bustle. We enjoyed being around the animals (especially the sweet dogs) and being able to see both the sea and the cliffs from our room. Eggs were served at breakfast, getting our morning protein is important to us. We also appreciated the mini refrigerator and stove to heat up our leftovers.

  Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were not as comfortable as we prefer.

  Great quiet location not too far from the beaches

  Liked: Paolo the host was very accommodating. Nice location, easy access with the car. Good size room

  Disliked: Needed some maintenance. For example the bathroom sink, had an empty bottle of hand wash. The kitchen had consumables missing like salt and coffee.

  Charming but a little worn down. Except for Paolo, he was great

  Liked: Overall property was very pretty with lots of little nooks to discover. There were lovely, old trees with lots of shade. We could park directly in front of our room, which was very convenient. The roaming cats, dogs, peacock were very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Paolo is a delight, the charming Italian scallywag.

  Disliked: The walls/door to the adjoining room were very thin and we could clearly hear our neighbors. Also the road runs very close to the property and was quite noisy. Not all amenities were included from the advertisement. Our aircon kept dripping, which was not a huge problem but a bit annoying. The kitchen was equipped a bit sparsely. The wooden window frame kept banging whenever we opened the door. Not specific to the property, but the tap water in western Sicily is not potable, and a heads up would have been appreciated.
