  Liked: Breakfast was excellent with a good choice frequently topped up by the very helpful lady. The apartment was just what we needed for a weeks stay and we had 2 balconies which was a bonus. Our request for a kettle was quickly resolved, but the 2 ring hob would be extremely slow if you did want to cook at home. The receptionist managed to find us a taxi for our very early airport journey which we were grateful for.

  Liked: The only thing I liked was the staff - friendly and helpful!

  Disliked: First of all, the price, which was close to €100 per night, absolutely does not reflect the quality provided. The shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere. The toilet had stains and clearly had not been cleaned properly, and the kitchen countertop was also dirty. Not to mention the surprising policies, such as being charged extra if you do not wash your own dishes, as well as the recycling policy, with recycling bins placed on every floor and guests expected to sort everything themselves. These things certainly do not create the feeling of a relaxing “holiday.” To make matters worse, the lock on our door was broken and had to be repaired for an entire hour during our stay, which was extremely inconvenient. I was also surprised to find that the hotel has no system or policy for keeping track of guests’ birthdays. The price did not include breakfast, nor was there even a small complimentary gesture. Overall, for a price close to €100 per night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the price.
