Liked: The apartment with a balcony is nice, clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need (even a coffee machine). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out, which is great. The location is good: close to the port and the city center. Convenient for traveling to the islands. Unfortunately, the apartment is very dark, as the windows overlook the wall of the neighboring building, located 3 meters away. The location is also quite noisy, so you will need to close all the windows at night. Fortunately, the apartment has a good air conditioner! Also note that in Sicily you can't drink tap water, so you will have to buy a lot of water and drinks in plastic bottles. You will accumulate a lot of plastic garbage, but the city administration only takes out the garbage once a week, so you will have it all in the room. Overall, a nice apartment and nice staff. Thank you, Rosario!

Excellent and a very well equipped apartment

Liked: Location was excellent and Rosario was so helpful and gave us lots of recommendations along with map locations so everything was effortless!

Disliked: No A/C in the bedroom but Rosario brought us a great fan which solved the problem. Steps up to the apartment are very narrow and steep so if you have poor mobility it might not be for.

  Nice apartment

Liked: Cute little apartment with a kitchen and a balcony to dry clothes. Lots of space for luggage and it is located in a quiet street. Many restaurants are in walking distance and Rosario was incredibly helpful with recommendations of what to do or where to find good restaurants.

Disliked: Could have been a bit cleaner and the bed was very uncomfortable. However, everyone has different preferences. Bathroom is quite small.
