Fabulous
Unit was clean, staff great
Liked: Staff were wonderful and helpful
Disliked: It was very dark due o narrow street, never saw the sun. Very noisy up until midnight because of a restaraunt next door.
Fun stay in the busy town
Liked: The location in old town was great close to lots of restaurants bars, the promenade or oceanfront walk, etc. The place was great. It had a rooftop terrace that was accessible. The staff was great Kathy and the other front desk guy were just great very accommodating informative.
Disliked: It was a little louder than we had hoped we were on the third floor, which was great but it is on the main road through old town so there was horns and music from cars going till midnight every night and two to 3 o’clock on every night, but Sunday, we were there Saturday through Tuesday. Some foam earplugs or a white sound machine would’ve been great.
A great one night stay in Trapani and transfer to airport early in the morning
Liked: Communication, check in and services were all good. Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: Slightly noisy with traffic.
A clean and well-located hotel, but some room features and facilities could be improved
Liked: - Good location - Clean and well maintained - Comfortable bed
Disliked: - There was no proper window with a view. Instead, there was a small balcony overlooking the neighbouring building, with the air-conditioning units. - The shower had poor water pressure, and the door was difficult to slide open and closed. - No Smart TV. - The decor was ok, but nothing particularly inspiring or memorable.
It’s nice
Liked: We liked the place, nice building and location.
Loved the view and the space
Liked: Communication was good. Amazing views, large apartment, clean and had everything we needed
Disliked: Nothing
