Good for solo, business travelers arriving by train or plane; would not recommend for couples or tourists
Liked: Location and front desk staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, but is not included in room price.
Disliked: Interior halls and room totally lacking in any atmosphere; felt institutional. Parking is on the street if you can find it; parking costs about 12 euro a day.
Comfortable hotel in a good location
Liked: VERY HELPFUL STAFF. HOTEL IS IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR WALKING TO ATTRACTIONS.
Basic hotel but good for what we needed
Liked: Location was great. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The fridge didn’t work in our room, we told the staff and they did nothing about it. The room was basic with no tea and coffee facilities. The towels were very thin and had a funny smell. The floor in the room was dirty with hair/fluff balls.
Liked: Excellent, welcoming staff, clean hotel with public street parking available. Not far from the Marco Polo airport.
