great house, i will come again!

Liked: porters were very helpful and charming

Disliked: the staff at the restaurant is very professional but a little cool in terms of hospitality, they could be a little bit warmer in terms of communication. "breakfast is not included" is not what i want to hear as a good morning. of course i knew that it was not included... stains in the carpet should be professionally removed other than covered by furniture.

  A true palace!

Liked: The classiest hotel I ever spend a night in, by far. Awesome location, spotless clean, and great view from the balcony. Don't miss the pillow menu! I discovered it only in the morning...

Don't get caught on the back end of this hotel!

Liked: Breakfast was great and the hotel location is perfect for those going on a cruise. The Concierge was very helpful and was able to set up dinners on each of the nights we stayed.

Disliked: Well...I had asked for a balcony room, and I was issued one...On the back side of the building. No view. Furthermore, if you are issued any room on the back side of the hotel be careful! What the hotel doesn't tell you is that there is a bar at the base of the hotel right on the street. What they don't tell you is that the bar patrons spill out of the bar after 2am and party on the sidewalk. Between the chanting, singing and loud "cat" calls, sleep was impossible!
