  Amazing view but the hike up to the property was a unexpectedly steep and long

  Liked: The view from the outdoor area surrounding the pool was truly incredible and something I never grew tired of. The host, in general, was very kind and accommodatiing

  Disliked: Access to the property requires walking up a very steep and winding road. My wife and I are 40 and both very active people who run regularly. I bring this up because both of us found the walk up the property to be pretty uncomfortable, especially in the midday heat. Yes, it is technically close in distance to the city center of Tropea, but the hike up made going down to get basic goods like water or food a chore. If you have a car or motorbike then you should be fine, but if you plan on strictly walking, the hike really made it a bit unenjoyable. Also, in our case, the washing machine was not in our apartment but was shared on a separate part of the property and required 4 Euro per wash, which was not expected.

  Wonderful

  Liked: It has a wonderful view of Tropea, beautiful vegetation and a pool which comes in handy when the sea is too cold. The apartment had everything we needed for our 7-day stay. Cristian reacted promply to all our needs and all the necessary information was provided.

  Liked: The host was very friendly and gave us very good service when we arrived to the train station. The pool area has a panoramic view over the sea and we could see the Sundown. Tropea is very beautiful, and the Appartement is in short walking distance to the city, Beach and train station.

  Disliked: There was nothing we did not like.

  Great place to spend a week or long weekend

  Liked: Christian was a perfect host we were shown around the property our apartment was clean and modern. The outdoor areas, terraces, grass and pool areas were all in perfect order. We visited by car some of the other towns on the coast. Visited the islands on a boat tour, and went into Tropea for the beach, to shop and dinner some evenings. A great holiday.

  Disliked: Clean, modern and well looked after.

  I recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Tropea's charms without the hustle and bustle of the

  Liked: A clean apartment with all the necessary equipment, but what impressed us the most was the incredible view and the friendliness of the host. If the weather had been better, we would definitely have used the swimming pool.:)

  Disliked: We were missing some kitchen basics, such as salt or sugar, but it wasn't a big problem.
