  Overall lovely

  Liked: Very convenient location, very nice old building short walk to the beach and the main centre

  Disliked: The shower curtain was gross and grimy in the showerhead needed to be replaced because water the water ran from the hose outward rather than mostly through the head of the shower, some regular maintenance is necessary

  Absolutely beautiful room in a perfect location!

  Liked: Beautiful room in an amazing location. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! The balcony’s are my favourite. Cece personally met us to welcome us to our room. Very friendly and sweet man who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His restaurant below the property is 10/10, would recommend to eat there!

  Perfect place to stay

  Liked: The owner was so friendly and helpful, with great communication. The location was perfect, so close to beach and restaurants but tucked away behind buildings so there wasn't any noise. Room was comfortable with daily cleaning, and the morning breakfast lovely.

  A delight in Tropea

  Liked: The location was great and allowed us to easily walk and explore Tropea. The rooms were clean and well presented. The breakfast was very enjoyable. The host family were very friendly and operates the restaurant in front of the building, and it was great to eat there. Tropea is a great city to stroll the streets in the evening; it felt safe and easy to return to our accommodation. You can walk down to the beaches, but there are many stairs to combat. Boats are easy to hire, and I would recommend doing this to view the town from the water.

  Disliked: We had a car and had to find parking further away, although we knew this would be the case. All the rooms are upstairs, and there isn't a lift. One of the 2 rooms we booked was the twin room, which, although pleasant, is very small and struggled to pick up the wifi.

  Liked: Very cosy, really comfortable beds and pillows, furnished in a sweet Calabrian way with wooden ceilings and blue tiles in the bathrooms and typical Italian shutters. Really sweet place with delicious breakfast and the most polite ever hosts. They also gave us beach towels, umbrellas and straw hats:) We’ll come back again.
