  A wonderful place in the center of Tropea

  Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. It is right in the middle of the old part of town, with many places to eat nearby. We didn't get the breakfast because there are many places to get an espresso and pastry just steps away, but it did look quite good, and they still offered us an espresso in the mornings. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the whole place is charming.

  Disliked: Not a dislike as much as something to be aware of. You are in the middle of a lively scene and should expect some noise as a result. One night of our stay there were musicians performing in the square (Tropea Blue Jazz festival) and the music went quite late.

  Comfy stay in the heart of Tropea

  Liked: Umberto and his staff were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. Amazing location in the heart of the town. Felt safe as two young female travelers.

  Disliked: It was very dark inside at night but nothing a phone flashlight couldn’t fix.

  Fantastic host and staff, very accommodating and helpful, historic building with great charm
