Liked: The stay in the room was very pleasant, we relaxed after a day of trips. The whole building is new, modern, air conditioning and wifi worked well. Pasqual was very pleasant, he showed us everything at check-in, explained it. Breakfast was excellent in a pleasant restaurant. Since we did not have a rented car, the location near the train station and the city center was invaluable. We will definitely be happy to return.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Overall good, but would appreciate few improvements

Liked: The manager is very helpful, kind and decent. The place is at great location, near to the main Street in Tropea. Parking available on the street. Rooms are very clean and minimalistic, fair designed. The Seaview is from the balcony and there is a bigger chill balcony for small meetings as well etc.

Disliked: The furniture is very minimalistic, so if You come for the week or more, there is not much space for 2 people to hand all Your stuff or put it. However the room is spacious with enough place for bigger wardrobe, the wardrobe is small. The bathroom is nicely designed, but not too practical. No hooks for towels, not even hanger for the toilet paper. The sink was almost not draining. The weakest part of this property is the central A/C system. Even if it is set to minimum 10'C and MED speed (highest speed is prohibited) there is no chance to cool the rooms below 25'C. Central A/C is just weak. So, during the hot summer it is still quite warm inside, especially at the end of August, when there are very humid days there. So the A/C would definitely need some improvement, but it works. And You only get one card for each room, so not enough for 2 solo travellers in one room.
