  Good room, but misleading photos!

  Liked: Good location, clean room

Disliked: The room description was unclear - we thought we had booked a two story apartment (like is seen in the photos even after you choose an option) with a whirlpool and were surprised to be in one room for 5 people. The owner was not very friendly / couldn’t communicate well enough - and the check in process was unnecessarily complicated: You drive to a different hotel somewhere entirely else only to have your IDs photocopied - but they still let you in remotely - or try to: it didn’t work for us, so we had to wait for the owner (who we had met at the hotel before) anyway to come and open the door. She wasn’t apologetic at all and didn’t really speak.

  Liked: Location was excellent

Disliked: There was a sewer smell before entering the apartment. The booking showed a pool or spa. There was nothing.

Good location but expected more from a ‘luxery’ facility

Liked: Good location, very central old town. Clean. Convenient parking (extra cost). Beds comfortable. Good air conditioning.

Disliked: The property description online was not clear &, for 4 adults we thought we had an apartment with two rooms but got one large room. Toiletries insufficient. Same with coffee and water. Kitchen and eating area really small. Taps had only hot water. Tough to brush teeth. Plastic dishes..

  Great location...but other inconveniences

Liked: Location was great. We had 2 rooms and the larger room was good. Spacious. Well-decorated.

Disliked: Air conditioning did not work upon arrival. The unit never caught up to cool the smaller room we were in so we were very hot all night. There was also a mold smell in the room that would not go away. The meeting point for the property is too far from the actual unit. We lost a lot of time to check-in because it was 10-12 minutes away from the apartment. They also asked for a cash deposit...in order to leave, we had to wait for them to come to the units or we would have had to sacrifice our cash. They did not arrive at the requested time.
