  Great stay in the heart of Tropea old town

  Liked: Large room with beautiful view of old town rooftops; Big comfortable bathroom; Stunning roof top breakfast room; Owners are very nice and super responsive. We had a small issue with the AC - it was addressed immediately. We ran out of coffee and tea on the second day and they immediately provided additional packets. They also let us check out a little bit later so we can transition seamlessly with our train schedule. Even though the room was in the middle of old town, it was quiet at night and the shutters blocked out all the light so we could sleep in

  Disliked: Nothing. Just note that you need to climb a few flights of stairs to get the nice view from your room

  Good accommodation right in the center of Tropea

  Liked: The property is located right in the center of Tropea, near Piazza Ercole. It has a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day, and the owners are very nice. Breakfast is served on a beautiful little terrace and includes both sweet and savory options. There are some stairs to climb in order to reach your room, but this is the case in many guesthouses in town. Anyway, visiting Tropea and the nearby villages and beaches involves climbing and descending a lot of stairs.

  Disliked: Maybe the fact that the shower head is fixed rather than hand-held.
