  Liked: Our stay at Villa Paola was a 10/10 experience, it is an extremely relaxing place. The staff are incredible, they went above and beyond which made our stay amazing. The grounds of the hotel, sea view and hotel amenities were beautiful. It’s even better than the photos and an easy walk into Tropea main town or you can make use of their free shuttle. I would recommend this hotel and would love to go back.

  Liked: This was our fourth stay at Hotel Amona, and we absolutely love it. We have been returning for over 25 years because of the property’s authenticity, immaculate cleanliness, unique character, and wonderful location. The hotel is perfectly situated, with a supermarket just a short walk away, making it so convenient during our stay. We recently spent three nights here with our family. We arrived a day earlier, and when the rest of the family arrived the following afternoon, they were exhausted and very hungry after their travels. I popped over to the nearby supermarket, and with the wonderful help of Rocco and the fabulous hotel staff, we put together a beautiful platter for everyone. We enjoyed it in the hotel’s gorgeous courtyard with some lovely cold beers from the hotel. It was one of those simple but special moments that perfectly captured why we keep coming back. Hotel Amona always feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again.

  Liked: From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm and friendly team. We were fortunate to receive a beautiful, spacious room with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the magnificent 400-year-old pine tree. Waking up to such a view every morning was truly unforgettable. The entire property is simply picture-perfect. The villa is impeccably maintained, with stunning gardens, singing birds, and an atmosphere of complete tranquility, privacy, and intimacy. We also had dinner at the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The wine list is exceptional, and the chef’s creative fusion cuisine was both elegant and memorable. Breakfast is served in a peaceful, intimate setting with excellent quality and attentive service. Villa Paola is a truly special place where beauty, serenity, and outstanding hospitality come together. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Tropea.

  A beautiful place to relax and recharge

  Liked: Beautiful property with exceptional staff. The breakfast was delicious and we had a great dinner in the restaurant with food grown on the property. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and shower. They also have a nice pool. Appreciated the shuttle service to town whenever we wanted.
