113 steps up with luggage.cost us 80€ to hire help. They refused to help us

Disliked: Dirty, they broke in and took a fan with no notice. Broke in again after I complained four times, to return the fan. It’s someone’s apartment and all the cupboards are full of personal stuff. Only heating element was a dirty electric tea pot. No stove, no microwave, no oven, no toaster…… nothing. Not a single knife! Mouse poop in the cupboard.
Too many stairs!

Disliked: No soap anywhere! My mom showered using dish soap haha. We really underestimated the inconvenience of the stairs. It probably took about 30 minutes to get our luggage up. I didn’t see the door to the apartment initially, and I got yelled at by the man staffing the castle entrance. So the door/floor where the apartment is could be marked better, it’s really easy to miss on your way up. The views in the apartment are great, but you see them all day long while you’re out, so I wish I had chosen a place with no view and no stairs.
