Very good
Liked: The room was clean and the facilities were good.
Disliked: There is no lift so you have to carry your heavy trolly bags through very narrow steps. The water goes very slow in the sink and in the shower room.

Disliked: The final flight of stairs are a bit challenging. Grocery stores in Vernazza are not as well supplied as in other near villages.
Overall good for the money we paid
Liked: The host was very responsive. The location is steps away from the train station.
Disliked: The handle of the door was broken when we came although they fixed it right away. The tv was also not working. It was hard to get the luggage up to the room as there was no elevator and staff to help.
The owners and care taker were absolutely beautiful! We loved staying here and would highly recommend!!
