It could be cheaper for the value of money
Liked: The simplicity of the house and the location was the advantage of our stay there. Otherwise was Just ok...
Disliked: No water in the fridge...no someone to welcome us...no English speaking stuff...the breakfast was Poor and the Terrace hasn't any personality...

Liked: Lovely spacious room, very clean, great water pressure.
Disliked: We were woken up at 7am by the breakfast preparation given our room proximity to the kitchen. It was very loud, but I don’t think it would be the case in the other rooms.
