Liked: Highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future
Terrible service
Liked: Very rude receptionists, not friendly and unhelpful. Called ahead of booking and was told by the staff breakfast was included with the booking, showed up and was told we had a pay £12 a day per person for breakfast. Ended up paying an additional £120 for two nights for 4 of us. Receptionists were rude about the situation. We booked a room with a balcony and did not receive the room we booked. Other members of the family received the balcony room and during the night it had rained and water entered the room, no refund was given Wouldn’t return back to this hotels, completely ruined our stay in Vieste. The parking is a joke, tight and if you don’t get a spay you have to pay £20 for the day which is ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend.

Liked: Zimmer in 5.stock neben lift mit Fenster auf dachterasse. Zimmer is klein, Dusche ist so klein das einseifen nur ausserhalb möglich. Wir haben uns gefragt, was macht hier ein ältere ev. Molligere Person? Frühstück ist halt italienisch, Parkplatz vorhanden in geschlossene Bereich. Absolute Plus ist die Nähe zur Centro storico.

Liked: Brandalarm ging af. Wij netje naar buiten geen informatie. Mensen keken niet op of om. Werden niet geïnformeerd en zijn na dat het alarm uit was en iedereen deed of er niets aan de hand was naar binnen gegaan
