  Perfect for a beach holiday or an off season break

  Liked: The property is situated on the beach, perfect for a summer vacation. It’s an uncomplicated B&B. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

  Great for beachlife and Vieste, but beware lack of air-conditioner in the room

  Liked: Nice location immediately at the beach, where you get a couple of reserved sunbeds. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Quite good solution for parking, especially if you're not using it every day of your stay. We didn't use our car for the three days we were there, and could easily stayed longer. Vieste is a really nice city with excellent beaches and nature, and a beautiful old town.

  Disliked: The description of the hotel said it was air-conditioned. However, our room didn't not have an air-conditioner, only a fan. Not sure about the other rooms, but I would be careful with booking a long time in advance or if the weather forecast is very hot (I didn't sleep the first night because of this, the other nights the temperature fortunately dropped). Also the description said the room had beds for three people, but there was clearly not space for more than a single double bed. Since we were two, this didn't matter for us, but be careful if you are three or more people booking at the hotel.

  Liked: It was really nice, the room was as we expect. Everything was clean and they clean it everyday. Bed was comfortable! The beach is near and awesome and personal was totally kind! I would recomend it!

  Disliked: We had some isues with wifi. And not everyone speaks english, but they always try to do their best and always solve what we need!
