Liked: Pool was amazing, lady owner was very friendly and breakfast was tasty. Early check in with shuttle was very appreciated
Disliked: Bathroom had a strange smell and shower was incredibly small. Service could have been better - each morning we would have to ask someone for coffee, eggs etc but others were asked when they sat down. Could have been staff were afraid to speak English. Also a bit strange to charge for a towel to use by the pool.
Great place in Vulcano!
Liked: Very comfortable with beautiful swimming pool and garden. Staff very kind and helpful. Generous breakfast. Easy walk to both beaches and volcano trail. We liked not being so closed to the more crowded centre.
Disliked: Really everything was great! Too bad the swimming pool only opens at 8:30 and closes very early at 19:30.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch during our stay, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.
