Let down by the basics…
Liked: Comfortable beds. Good location to local town. Good heating system.
Disliked: Tiny coffee cups. Shower head holder was broken. Double doors in the master bedroom opening to the outside were poorly fitted and so did not close properly. The kitchen floor was dirty on arrival. No kitchen towel!
Interesting house with great access to all the local attractions
Liked: This is a bit unusual house embedded into a rock. It is close to the historic district.
Disliked: Because the house is embedded into a rock it is a bit cold and dump.
Comfortable stay in a beautiful village
Liked: This accommodation is situated by the river, close to the center of very pretty village. All the sightseeing places are within walkable distance. It is a two story apartment. The entrance is directly to the kitchen and dining and sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped and for the colder days there was an open fireplace with the wood supplies. Two bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean. We could park on the quiet narrow street in front of the building.
Disliked: All was great, but the accommodation wasn't easy to find. The company office is also on the other side of the river, also it is hard to find. We didn't expect that they sent us instructions through Whatsup, not using booking.com. Fortunately, the office was still open and the receptionist was friendly and spoke English. She also gave us a good information about Alcala.
Very good
Liked: The apartment was large and comfortable. It was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: There was a weird strong smell when we entered the apartment and we ran out of gas the next day to make breakfast... The apartment is far from the main lobby& pool. It was fine for us because we don't mind walking but otherwise you'd have to take the car.

Liked: Beautiful apartment. Spacious & clean. Absolutely LOVED the open fireplace! The lady who helped us check in was just so helpful.
Disliked: Didn’t like the huge pillows. I would have loved a couple of coffee mugs.
