Fabulous suite
Liked: Suite was beautiful especially the huge bed and Jacuzzi Large fridge freezer Good Ac
Disliked: No shaving mirror
Liked: The location was perfect, a short walk to town. The suit was luxurious, very spacious.
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable, a welcome pack would be good, coffee, milk, teabags.
Nice Hotel Bad Staff
Liked: The room was nice although the fireplace needed painting
Disliked: We had a lot of luggage. The staff did not volunteer to take the luggage or to help me carry it up the stairs. The air conditioning was shooting out hot air. I asked the front desk to fix it. He came up and said it was set wrong but didn’t change any of the setting other than to turn it off. He said it will turn on by itself and will work in a little while. Of course it didn’t. We opened all the windows to cool the place off. I found the staff to be less than friendly and not helpful.
