Disliked: It would have been nice to have been able to use plates and cutlery from the kitchen for our evening meal especially as all the local restaurants were closed. We understand not wanting guests eating in communal areas

This hotel has everything you need for a stay in Burgos
Liked: From check in to check out the staff on duty were helpful, efficient, welcoming and professional. Room was more than comfortable and the shower excellent. Would definitely stay again without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in beautiful Burgos.
Disliked: Would be nice to be able to park outside the hotel especially for checking in.
