Very good
Liked: Nice staff, decent price. Basic rooms, location a bit far (15-20 min walking to the center)
Liked: Air conditioning and it was comfortable!
Disliked: It was a little away from the Camino path (which we knew ahead of time) but it was only about a 15 min walk to the cathedral
Mediocre experience
Liked: Room was very spartanic but clean, breakfast was minimal, but the garage service was abysmal. They didn't have my garage reservation so I had to find parking for the first day as all garage spaces were taken. There is also no possibility to open the garage door directly, you have to go to the reception every single time to get a key. Which is a problem because there is no one at the reception in the afternoon. So you have to ring them up to get a code for a lockbox with the key. On my third day, there was no key in the lockbox anymore so I was told to wait for someone to show up. Not what I consider good service...
Decent place, but if I return to Burgos I'll stay in the old town
Liked: Nice enough room, toilet and bathroom. Clean. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. They called me a taxi to the train station and it came in 5 minutes.
Disliked: If you don't have your own transport it's a bit of a hike to the centre of the old town (takes around 20 minutes). The walk along the river is pleasant, the other routes into town are uninteresting and a bit drab. Almost everything you'll want to see in Burgos is in the historic centre, so I'd highly recommend that you book a hotel in the old town. Also, I'd prefer a walk-in shower, not the bath/shower combo at this hotel.

Liked: El baño tenia el retrete junto a la bañara y prácticamente no podías usarlo con comodidad. La ventana tenia una imagen horrible pegada. Los de recepción debían tener un mal día, ni una sonrisa.
