Good
Liked: The hotel is situated well in the heart of the city. Very practical for a short stay. The staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Some room facilities like shower pipe & handle needs some maintenance.
Decent option for Burgos
Liked: Location was decent.
Disliked: Very difficult to park the car.
I’d stay there again. It was in a good area not far from the cathedral
Liked: It was quiet, comfortable and clean.. I chose a room on level 5 / caller an attic room. I expected to walk 5 floor of stairs!!!! But was extremely happy to see a lift. Perfect. The room was very spacious with a double bed. The slope on the ceilings they spoke of was not noticeable to me.
Disliked: I found the room was not ready on time at 4pm. I had been waiting for some time already. The lovely staff at desk found me another room which was great.

Good stay in a good place
Liked: We stayed two nights and we have no specific complains, maybe at the beginning some troubles with our room key, that would let us in no way at the beginning! But Juani came to the rescue and was great to solve the problem immediately. This troubles were paired with the chance we had for an unexpected early check-in after arrival, the room was ready! Besides Juani was very sweet to us, offering two chocolates (we hit her birthday). The room was wide enough and quiet, all amenities working good. Breakfast was very good, with sweet and savory options, starting at 7 (very good). The hotel is in a strategic position, few minutes walk from everywhere, except the train station (you need to take a bus), but including the bus station. A really good option.
Disliked: The hotel is a little bit run down, a good renovation could help.
